Service Overview:
Assist Home Health (AHH) specializes in providing skilled nursing services, home health aides, and other therapeutic/rehabilitative therapy services in the comfort of the patient’s home. These services may include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Psychiatric Services. AHH also provides social workers, dietitian, nutritionist, telemonitoring, and other specialized programs for senior’s living in our community and surrounding areas. Any skilled nursing services/home health aide are provided on an intermittent basis and under physician orders. AHH provides a disciplinary team of clinicians, home health aides to provide the best aggressive treatments in the comfort of your own home. AHH require recipients to be homebound as an admission requirement.
